Terms of Service

By using the TabeebPlus website or system provided by FekraLabs, you acknowledge and agree to be fully bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to any provision of these terms, please stop using the system and our website immediately.

TabeebPlus is a comprehensive cloud-based system for managing clinics and medical centers. Our services include appointment scheduling, electronic medical records, e-prescriptions, doctor accounts and commissions, insurance company integration, inventory management, and advanced financial and operational reports.

To use the system, you must create an account for your clinic. You agree to the following:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information when registering.
• Maintain full confidentiality of your login credentials and those of your clinic staff.
• Notify the TabeebPlus support team immediately if you suspect any account breach or unauthorized use.
• You are fully responsible for all activities, modifications, or data deletions performed through your clinic account.

All content, designs, software code, graphical interfaces, trademarks, and logos of the TabeebPlus system are the exclusive intellectual property of FekraLabs. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer the system in any way without explicit written consent from FekraLabs management.

We offer all new clients a full 7-day free trial to experience the system completely without any software restrictions. The trial period does not require entering any payment information or credit card. After the 7 days, you must choose a subscription plan to continue using the platform.

Subscriptions are subject to the following billing policy:

• Plan fees are paid in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as chosen by the clinic.
• Subscription values are subject to official pricing offers provided by the company and are subject to periodic updates with prior notice to subscribers.
• All paid subscription amounts are non-refundable, given the free trial period provided before actual subscription.

TabeebPlus operates as an organizational tool and supporting record system for clinics and medical centers. Therefore:

• The system is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it to be completely free from temporary interruptions due to routine maintenance or global hosting issues.
• The accuracy and correctness of medical records, prescriptions, and medication dosages written for patients are the full responsibility of the treating physician and clinic.
• TabeebPlus is not responsible for any medical decisions or incorrect diagnoses recorded or made based on platform use.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the service in the following cases:

• Using the system for illegal purposes or violating patient rights and data confidentiality.
• Non-payment of annual or monthly subscription fees after the grace period has expired.
• Attempting to harm the platform's servers or carrying out cyber attacks.

These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Egyptian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from these terms.
