Software License Agreement

FekraLabs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the TabeebPlus Desktop application and the TabeebPlus cloud platform in accordance with the terms of this agreement. This license includes the right to install and run the application on designated clinic devices based on your selected subscription plan.

Your use of the software is subject to the following restrictions:

• The license is tied to the subscribing clinic and may not be transferred or assigned to another entity without written consent from FekraLabs.
• Only the number of users specified in your subscription plan may use the software concurrently.
• The software may not be installed on public servers or distributed over an internal network without an additional license.
• Use of the software in a single branch is permitted unless a multi-branch plan has been subscribed to.

The TabeebPlus Desktop application and the TabeebPlus cloud platform, including all components such as graphical interfaces, source code, algorithms, designs, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive intellectual property of FekraLabs. You may not copy, modify, translate, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the software.

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering the system or attempting to extract its source code by any means.
• Distributing copies of the software or selling access to it to any third party.
• Using automated tools or scripts to access application programming interfaces (APIs) outside the normal use of the platform.
• Removing or modifying any proprietary marks or copyright notices embedded in the software.
• Using the software to store or process data in violation of applicable laws in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Software updates may be provided periodically as part of your subscription. FekraLabs reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature or version with sufficient prior notice to subscribers. Some updates may require reinstallation on local devices.

The collection, use, and storage of data are governed by the separate TabeebPlus Privacy Policy. The clinic is fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of medical and personal data stored in the system. FekraLabs may access data in a limited capacity solely for technical maintenance and service improvement purposes.

The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. FekraLabs does not warrant that the software will be error-free or that all features will be available without interruption. FekraLabs shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the software or its inability to perform its functions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FekraLabs' total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the software shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by the clinic during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. FekraLabs shall not be liable for any commercial damages, data loss, or business interruption.

FekraLabs reserves the right to terminate your license immediately in the following cases:

• Expiration or non-renewal of the subscription.
• Violation of any provision of this agreement.
• Discontinuation of the software service by FekraLabs with at least 30 days prior notice to subscribers.

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Egyptian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from this agreement.
